Terms of Servce

GENERAL1.) I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request at my discretion.
2.) The copyright and authorship of the work remain will remain with me, which means that I can post the commissioned work on my ao3 and social media unless requested otherwise.
3.) I follow a strict NO GEN-AI policy in creative works. I will never use it for my commissions, nor will I accept AI prompts. Please do not feed my writing into AI engines for any purposes.CLIENT RIGHTS1.) All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only.
2.) You are welcome to share the work on your social media and within your circle (with credit).
3.) You may not change, edit, or modify my work or claim it as your own.PAYMENT1.) Full upfront payment for upto 15K words. I will send you an invoice for the same.
2.) I accept both Paypal and Wise, though if you have access to Wise, I'd really appreciate using it, as it helps me save on transaction and conversion fees. But if not, Paypal is absolutely fine!
3.) Also note that if your commission requires a lot of research, it may incur additional charges.PROCESSYou submit a request through commission form → I review it → I contact you to finalize the details via twitter(X)/bluesky/email → You confirm → I confirm → Payment → Writing → Delivery.
Please DO NOT pay me anywhere until the commission has been finalised from BOTH ends.TIMELINE1.) Turnaround will depend on the length and complexity of the project. As a general guideline, my estimate is up to 1 month for a straightforward project under 5k words and up to 3 months for 15k words. I will provide a time-frame for your specific request at the time of finalizing but please understand that writing is a creative process and timelines may often vary. I will do my best to keep you in the loop at all times.
2.) Once the commission is done, I will email you the final fully written and edited piece as a PDF/EPUB file as well as the link to the original document.
3.) I may consider rush requests with specific deadlines depending on your brief. They will incur additional fees and you will have to contact me yourself for them.REVISIONSDuring the planning/outlining stage, you're welcome to request as many changes as needed until we're both happy with the direction of the story. Once the completed draft has been delivered, only one major revision is included. Any additional revisions after that may incur extra charges.REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS1.) Full refund if you cancel before the writing period begins (minus the non-refundable transaction charges). NO REFUNDS after that.
2.) In the very rare case I cancel from my end, a refund will be issued depending on the percentage of work completed.By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms stated above.Thank you for considering me! 💌
